 Start the conversation by showing interest. Use questions like:
 – “Are you going to the team-building event next week?”
 – “Will you join the company party?”

2. Share Your Experience

 Describe what happened using natural, casual language. Talk about what you enjoyed or noticed at the event.

3. Use Idioms to Express the Impact

 Use expressions like:
 – “The games helped break the ice.” (made people feel relaxed and comfortable)
 – “After the event, the team hit the ground running.” (started working quickly and effectively)
