Meaning:

Very motivated to achieve something

    I’m a driven person who always sets goals and works hard to achieve them.

Visionary

Meaning:

Having a clear plan or dream for the future

    I’m visionary and like thinking ahead about where I want to be in 5 years.

Mention short-term and long-term goals

Link your goals to the job you’re applying for

Use realistic, achievable goals

Show enthusiasm for learning and growth

Don’t:

Say “I don’t know” or “I just want any job”

Be too vague or unrealistic (e.g., “I want to be CEO in 1 year”)

Talk about leaving the company right away

Focus only on money or status
