When you answer this question, the goal is to show that you're excited about the job and that it's a good match for your skills and goals.

What to Include:

1. Show interest in the company or role

→ Talk about what you like about the company or why this role is exciting.
Example: “I admire your company’s focus on innovation.”


2. Highlight your motivation and career goals

→ Explain how this job fits into your plans.
Example: “This role matches my goal of growing in the logistics field.”


3. Use strong, positive adjectives

→ Use words like motivated, dedicated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic.
Example: “I’m passionate about this type of work.”



🚫 What to Avoid:
Don’t say things like “I just need a job” or “I couldn’t find anything else.”


Don’t sound unsure or negative.
