Situation

Direction: Read the situation for today's lesson 

Alex arrives at the office on a Monday morning after a rainy weekend. Sarah is already at her desk, and Alex wants to start a friendly conversation without taking too much of her time. Mr. Miller is passing by and nods briefly. Omar looks curious about how to make small talk. Alex learns how to use the weather as a neutral and polite conversation starter to connect with colleagues and create a friendly atmosphere in the office.
